软密封弹性座封闸阀主要用于给排水系统使用。温度≤80℃，公称压力≤PN25，通径≤800mm。阀体材料为铸铁或球铁，铸钢或不锈钢。采用标准：CJ/T216-2013给水排水用软密封闸阀，GB/T 24924-2010 供水系统用弹性密封闸阀。AWWA C509:2001。   
    

     主要特征:金属闸板外表面采用模压硫化或注压硫化成型工艺，整体包覆橡胶EPDM或NBR。关闭时依靠闸板密封面橡胶的弹性变形完成密封。耐腐蚀，密封性好，可以实现零泄漏。闸板为楔形，减少了阀板密封面磨损。

　　The soft-seal resilient-seated gate valve is primarily used in water supply and drainage systems. It operates at temperatures up to 80°C, with a nominal pressure not exceeding PN25, and a diameter not exceeding 800mm. The valve body is constructed from cast iron or ductile iron, cast steel, or stainless steel. The applicable standards include CJ/T216-2013 for soft-seal gate valves used in water supply and drainage, GB/T 24924-2010 for resilient-sealed gate valves used in water supply systems, and AWWA C509:2001. Main features: The outer surface of the metal gate plate is molded or injection-molded using vulcanization processes, and is entirely coated with rubber EPDM or NBR. When closed, sealing is achieved through elastic deformation of the rubber on the sealing surface of the gate plate. It is corrosion-resistant, has good sealing performance, and can achieve zero leakage. The gate plate is wedge-shaped, reducing wear on the sealing surface of the valve plate.

　　其阀体底部没有凹槽，介质中的细小颗粒会随着介质一同通过阀体，不会积存杂质，阀座处流道内径等同于管道，与公称尺寸一致。几乎无流阻。

　　The valve body has no groove at the bottom, so fine particles in the medium can pass through the valve body along with the medium without accumulating impurities. The inner diameter of the flow passage at the valve seat is equivalent to that of the pipeline, consistent with the nominal size. There is almost no flow resistance.

　　采用环氧树脂粉末静电喷涂。涂层固化后不溶解于水，不影响水质。环氧树脂粉末涂料是干态固体超细粉末，涂装时利用静电喷枪在压缩空气带动下，使带电的涂料颗粒吸附在阀体表面。再将阀体送入炉子里烘烤，温度在180°～200°使涂料熔化，在阀体表面形成涂层。

　　Epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying is adopted. After curing, the coating does not dissolve in water and does not affect water quality. Epoxy resin powder coating is a dry solid ultrafine powder. During coating, the charged coating particles are adsorbed onto the surface of the valve body using an electrostatic spray gun driven by compressed air. Then, the valve body is sent into an oven and baked at a temperature of 180°~200° to melt the coating, forming a coating layer on the surface of the valve body.

　　环氧粉末涂料具有如下优点：熔融粘度较低因而其涂膜流平性好，对金属底材的附着力非常好，因此不需涂底漆。漆膜的硬度高、耐划伤性好和耐冲击强度等力学性能好，漆膜耐水、耐酸、耐碱和耐盐水性良好。

　　Epoxy powder coating has the following advantages: it has a low melt viscosity, resulting in good film leveling properties, and excellent adhesion to metal substrates, thus eliminating the need for primer. The paint film exhibits high hardness, good scratch resistance, and impact resistance, as well as good mechanical properties such as water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and saltwater resistance.

　　闸阀阀杆位置采用三道O形圈密封。

　　有效防止阀杆位置外漏。同时顶端设置防尘圈防止杂质灰尘进入。可以带压在线更换。

　　The gate valve stem position is sealed with three O-rings, effectively preventing external leakage at the valve stem position. Additionally, a dust-proof ring is installed at the top to prevent the entry of impurities and dust. It allows for online replacement under pressure.

　　弹性软密封闸阀主要替代主要是：GB/T12232-2005通用阀门 法兰连接铁制闸阀。包括公称压力 PN1～25，公称通径 DN50～2000 法兰连接灰铸铁和球墨铸铁制闸阀。

　　The main replacement for resilient soft-seal gate valves is the GB/T12232-2005 standard general-purpose valves - flange-connected iron gate valves. This includes gate valves with nominal pressures ranging from PN1 to 25 and nominal diameters from DN50 to 2000, made of gray cast iron or ductile iron and flange-connected.

　　二者主要区别：1. 软密封弹性座封闸阀的闸板整体包裹橡胶，与阀体密封面形成软密封，密封性好。维修时一般只需更换新的闸板即可，维修方便。     硬密封闸阀阀体和闸板密封面采用本体材料，铜合金，不锈钢制成。磨损后需要阀体和闸板同时维修，比较复杂。

　　The main differences between the two are as follows: 1. The gate plate of the soft-seal resilient seat gate valve is entirely wrapped in rubber, forming a soft seal with the sealing surface of the valve body, ensuring good sealing performance. During maintenance, it is generally only necessary to replace the gate plate with a new one, making maintenance convenient. The valve body and gate plate sealing surfaces of the hard-seal gate valve are made of the same material as the valve body, copper alloy, or stainless steel. After wear, both the valve body and gate plate need to be repaired simultaneously, which is more complicated.

　　2. 软密封弹性座封闸阀阀体采用无沟槽设计。

　　不会造成杂质积聚。

　　Due to the sealing surfaces on both sides of the valve body, the bottom of the hard seal gate valve has a groove. Over time, some impurities will deposit in the groove, blocking the descent of the gate plate and causing sealing failure.

　　3. 软密封弹性座封闸阀阀体喷涂环氧树脂涂料。环氧树脂涂料耐腐蚀，无污染，可用于自来水管道。

　　3. The body of the soft-seal resilient seat gate valve is sprayed with epoxy resin coating. Epoxy resin coating is corrosion-resistant and non-polluting, and can be used for water pipelines.

　　硬密封闸阀多是喷涂油漆，对水质有一定污染，但是现在自来水管路的硬密封闸阀也开始喷涂环氧树脂。

　　Hard seal gate valves are often painted, which can cause certain pollution to water quality. However, now epoxy resin is also being sprayed on hard seal gate valves in tap water pipelines.

　　4. 软密封弹性座封闸阀标准规定阀杆轴封至少三道O型圈密封，可以在工作压力下，闸阀全开时进行更换。

　　4. According to the standard for soft-seal resilient seated gate valves, the valve stem shaft seal should consist of at least three O-rings, which can be replaced when the gate valve is fully opened under working pressure.

　　硬密封闸阀标准GB/T12232-2005则规定不少于二道密封圈。同样要设置防尘密封。

　　The standard for hard seal gate valves, GB/T12232-2005, stipulates that there should be no fewer than two sealing rings. Dust-proof seals are also required.

　　5. 软密封弹性座封闸阀上阀盖采用内六角螺钉。拧紧后，上面灌蜡密封。

　　使螺钉和阀体螺纹间不易生锈。方便以后螺钉拆卸维修。

　　5. The upper valve cover of the soft-seal resilient seated gate valve adopts hexagonal socket screws. After tightening, wax is poured on top for sealing, making it difficult for rust to form between the screw and the valve body threads. This facilitates future screw disassembly and maintenance.

　　原硬密封闸阀通常采用六角螺栓。但也有部分硬密封闸阀采用类似结构。

　　The original hard seal gate valve typically employs hexagonal bolts. However, some hard seal gate valves adopt a similar structure.

　　6. 适用介质温度不同。在自来水管线上，软密封闸阀应用越来越多。部分高温介质管路硬密封闸阀亦然是主要产品。
