正确调节减压阀压力

1、将减压阀下游阀门关闭。找到调节压力的地方,沿顺时针方向缓慢旋转,出口压力逐渐变大,逆时针旋转时出口压力变小。在调到需要的压力值后,即可把下游阀门打开。

When rotating counterclockwise, the outlet pressure decreases. After adjusting to the required pressure value, the downstream valve can be opened.

2、关闭减压阀前的闸阀后,需要开启减压阀后的闸阀,达到制造下游低压环境的目的。将调节螺钉逆时针旋转上位置(相对低出口压力),后关闭减压阀后闸阀。缓慢开启减压阀前的闸阀直到全开。

3、顺时针慢慢旋转调节螺钉,将出口压力调所需要的压力。调整好后,将螺母锁紧,打开减压阀后闸阀。由于减压阀的工作原理设定,如在调整时出口压力高于设定压力,须从步开始重新调整,即只能从低压向高压调。

4、在设定机械泵的驱动压力时,正确的方法是使驱动压力高于背压标准,这个原则适应于大多数情况。但有时为了达到机械泵的要求排量,需要将驱动压力设定得较高一些。驱动压力高时,不利的一面是容易对进气阀造成磨损。如果驱动压力高于要求值的情况下,会对进气阀造成严重的磨损而必须提前更换进气阀。
