流量的概念

　　饱和蒸汽在一定压力和时间内通过某一横断面的容积称为流量，用容积表示流量单位是L/s 或m3/h。由此可见，在蒸汽压力不变时，不同管径允许通过的蒸汽流量不同。

　　在蒸汽运行管路中，减压阀的实际作用是“稳压、除湿、降温”。

　　1、减压后设定压力越大，实际通过的蒸汽流量越小。例如，DN25型减压阀，在入口压力0.6MPa 条件下，出口压力在0.3MPa、0.35MPa、0.4MPa 时的实际通过蒸汽流量分别为710KG/H、680KG/H、650KG/H；

　　2. When the outlet pressure is set the same, the DN40 type has a much larger actual steam flow rate after pressure reduction compared to the DN25 type. For example, under the conditions of an inlet pressure of 0.6MPa and an outlet pressure of 0.35MPa, the DN25 type allows a steam flow rate of 680KG/H, while the DN40 type allows a steam flow rate of 1470KG/H. Therefore, in order to meet the hourly output of 15T/H or higher for the 600 granulator, the DN40 type pressure reducing valve needs to be selected;

　　3、减压后配置DN25 型减压阀的公司，增流措施有2 个。
